Honest recommendation
Start with a free street check. If your street is uniform (every house Band C except yours at Band D) the MSE guide plus the GOV.UK form is all you need. If it’s mixed — different property types, extensions, some in different bands — the automated comparables and 1991 back-valuation in our pack save real time and reduce the chance of a weak challenge.
