These Terms govern your use of TaxBandAppeal. Final business details (trading name, registered address, contact email) will be added before launch.

What you're buying

A digital evidence report intended to support an informal Council Tax band review submission to the Valuation Office Agency. The report is not legal advice, and we are not affiliated with the VOA or HM Government.

No guarantee of outcome

Because the informal review is at the VOA's discretion, we cannot and do not guarantee that your band will be reviewed or changed. There is no formal right of appeal against the VOA's decision not to investigate further.

Refunds

Because the report is delivered as a digital product immediately after payment, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once you've consented and we've started delivery, the report is non-refundable except where it is defective or not as described. Waiving the 14-day cancellation right does not waive your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see below).

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. In particular, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content supplied to you must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where a report is defective or not as described, you remain entitled to the statutory remedies of repair, replacement, or a price reduction (including, where appropriate, a refund), in addition to anything offered under our Refund Policy.
