Refund Policy

The report is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. At checkout you'll be asked to consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Refunds are issued only where the report is defective or not as described — for example, if the file is corrupted, the wrong property is reported on, or the wrong methodology has been applied. Refunds are not issued because the VOA declines to investigate, or because they investigate but do not change the band.

If you believe your report is defective, email us within 14 days of delivery describing the issue and we'll respond within 5 working days.
